Customer Identification
When creating any order through our online store, you can create and use two identifiers that will provide you with secure access to your personal details. Your username or e-mail, whichever you prefer, and your password.
You can change your secret password and e-mail address whenever and however often you wish. In case of loss or leakage of your personal password you must notify us immediately, otherwise prasinosbath online store will not be responsible for the use of your password by an unauthorized person.

Order Flow
Prasinosbath makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and products’ specifications can not be ruled out and it can not be guaranteed that there will be no downtime of the website or “human” errors when writing or updating a product’s price.
When completing your order you will receive an automated e-mail stating the details of your order. After processing and during the order’s preparation you will receive a series of automated e-mails from prasinosbath’s online order department, which will report the progress of the order. These messages refer to the following steps:
Pending: Your order has been received by us but has not yet been paid for. This step usually occurs when you have selected “Bank Transfer” as your payment method.
Processing (Preparation): Your order has been paid and is in the process of collecting the products in our warehouse.
Completed: The order’s products were collected and shipped to your destination. In addition, if you have placed an order for local collection from our store then this step indicates that your order is ready for collection.
In case there is a pending issue in your order then a corresponding e-mail will be sent to you. Alternatively we will contact you on the phones you have given us when you registered or when we received the order on our site.
There is no way to deactivate these email messages, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the proper progress of your order. We suggest you ensure that these e-mails can reach you and that you safely keep them throughout the duration of our transaction. It is your obligation, in case you do not receive the relevant e-mails, to inform us without delay in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions.
Order Cancellation
Before the order is completed, during the electronic order process you can press the “back” button on your browser and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “Remove” button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet (the order stage is not in the “Completed” status) you can call our company at +302108042794 explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order and one of our partners will serve you immediately and inform you of all your options.
Delivery dates and times
For local collection from the store, the times are in accordance with the opening hours of the store which are from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm. For deliveries of any type (inside and outside Athens) the customer will be informed initially via email entitled “Order completed”, meaning that the order has left our store/warehouse and is in transfer and where necessary the client will be contacted either by phone or email for the exact time of delivery. In cases of delivery outside Athens or in the province, then the delivery depends on the transport company, so the customer will be informed either by phone or via email for both loading times and shipping costs.
Delivery times of products
Products in stock
If your order is placed until 12:00 pm (noon) Monday to Friday and the order’s products are in stock then we will send your order usually the next working day, if the delivery is within Athens. You will be notified in any case for the delivery of your order.
If we are shipping outside Athens then the delivery will be made with a transport company or courier and the exact date of the order arrival varies e.g. it takes at least 3 working days for a bath furniture in stock to be delivered to Thessaloniki.
“Backorder” items
“Backorder” items are items that must be ordered from one of our suppliers either with predefined specifications (eg a faucet model) or with your own custom specifications (eg a bathroom cabinet in specific dimensions). In such an occasion there is an estimate of the time to be delivered in our store plus the time it will take to reach you. For example, if a bath furniture requires 15 working days, 15 working days must pass from the payment of the order until its delivery.
Order Delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
a. The product has been delayed to be delivered to us by our supplier
In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers, either domestic or international. However, there are cases where one of our orders can be “stuck” at the customs or in its transport and as a result, we will not have it in our warehouse in time. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.
b. The product you ordered has already been removed and is no longer available
Among the hundreds of products we exhibit in our online store there are rare cases where the specific supplier suddenly, without warning, announces that he is canceling one or some of their products in your order. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.
c. In times of extreme weather or strikes
as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
d. In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail
if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment because, for example, your details that you have entered are not properly updated.
Shipping Costs
Inside Athens
The shipments for the areas about 10km from the headquarters of the store in Melissia, if they exceed 20 kg volumetric weight can be done either by our means of transport or by a transport company. If their volumetric weight is less than 20 kg then they are usually made by a courier company. When the order is placed through our online store, the customer is informed about the delivery options and their cost. If the delivery will be made at a remote point e.g. Rafina, Lavrio, Sounio then there is no possibility of delivery by our means of transport and your transfer will be routed with a transport company which may take longer. You will be notified of any additional charges. We make every effort to reduce shipping for you and any extra charges usually occur in cases of heavy orders.
Outside Athens
A transport company is used for every order outside Athens / Attica. Therefore the final shipping cost varies depending on the volume, weight and cost of the final order. Due to the changing volume of our goods it is practically impossible to calculate the amount of transport during order time because it also depends on the delivery area of the customer (if it is centrally located near the distribution point of the transport) and the accessibility of the final destination and its type to be used for delivery which is always considered on a case by case basis to avoid additional charges.
The customer is always informed about the shipping cost before the execution of the order. The customer has the ability to complete the order and pay for it and later, when informed of the total cost of shipping, can pay the shipping company directly. Our company does not charge the customer in this case, the transfer charge is made entirely by the transport company.
The goods are delivered at the entrance of the customer’s address and not on a floor
Liability and guarantee
The supplier of every product you buy through our electronic store is responsible for any damage due to a defect in his product. Claims against the supplier for damages are barred after three years after the injured party was informed or should have been informed of the damage, the defect and the identity of the supplier. Ten years after the release of this product, the rights of the injured party against the supplier are amortized.
Many of the products we trade have no warranty unless the supplier and manufacturer have notified us of it. It is the buyer’s obligation to be informed every time about the existence or not of the guarantee of each product. Our online store informs in a visible place of the product display its guarantee, if it exists.
A product guarantee equals the buyer’s right to claim a free repair or replacement or solution to the problem during the time the guarantee covers. If you are looking for one of the above solutions, you can contact either the manufacturer of the product or our store, where in turn we will direct you appropriately.
Price difference between physical and online store
There is a possibility that the prices in our online store differ from the prices in our physical store. There are many reasons why this happens. For example, buying a product from our supplier and making it available directly to the customer, allows us to have no intermediate transport costs, nor do we have to add operating and corporate costs to the price of the product. On the contrary, its availability in the store presupposes another pricing model according to the data of the respective period and market factors. In any case, the appearance of the customer in the store and the requirement to purchase the product at the same price as our physical store will not be possible. If the customer wants the specific price on a product then they should order it from our online store.
The nature of the products for sale in our store is fragile to a large extent eg porcelain, tiles, furniture, etc. It is advised that the receipt of the order, performed either by our company’s truck, by courier or the transport company, to be done by the buyer himself and not by third parties who happen to be in the spot, eg construction workers, plumbers, tilers, etc. If the buyer is not present at the time of receipt and a product proves to be defective later, our company has the right to be releived from liability for damage to the order’s products.
Generally, during the receipt of the order, products should be opened from their packaging and checked by the buyer. Our company has every right to waive subsequent liabilities due to reported damage to the received products.
Categories of products to be returned/replaced
There are 2 product categories for which different regulations apply, the products that exist as models with specific specifications and specific factory codes and the products that are tailor made as per instructions of the customer (eg a piece of furniture with different dimensions from the listed or different cupboard opening from the catalog model).
Products with “specific specifications”
You have the right to return the products you bought and request a replacement:
A. In all cases where products other than or substantially different from the ones you ordered were delivered to you through proven fault of prasinosbath
B. In all cases where the product is defective or lacks an agreed quality and provided that (i) is not covered by the manufacturer’s or the importer’s warranty and the product is under warranty, in which case the warranty conditions apply or (ii) if there is no warranty under (i) and the legal buyer rights have not expired or (iii) if there is no warranty according to (i) and the defect or missing property is not significant.
Prasinosbath is liable for damages in the event of lack of agreed capacity or a defect only if it has been caused by a proven fault of the company, in which case it is not liable for minor negligence.
In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced-repair must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases the products to be replaced/repaired must be in the exact condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all documents which accompanied the product (eg Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.). Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with our store.
In any case return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
Change: You have the right to return the products you bought and request a replacement with another product or products up to the price you paid or at an additional price if you wish, within twenty (20) days of receipt of the product.
Return: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days according to article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994. The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.). In case you have paid with a credit card, we immediately process the refund to the issuer of the card and we are not responsible for any delays in the return of the funds.
Custom products
Some products while presented on our site as specific, with a specific color and specifications, can be modified based on the wishes of the customer such as bathroom furniture or bathroom cabinets that have been made according to the dimensions of the customer. In this case neither changes nor returns are allowed. In case a custom product is received with damage, and has been checked only by the buyer upon receipt and not by third parties (eg workers construction, plumbers, etc.) and damage from transport has been discovered or a factory error then you should contact our store immediately in order to find a solution to your problem.
Debit/credit card charge
Our online store accepts credit cards of type VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, JCB through Viva Wallet . Your credit card transactions in our online store are protected by online security systems used by Viva Wallet. We do not currently provide installments.

For local collection from our store, the credit card holder must present his credit card and his ID. The same goes if you order on behalf of a company. In this case the card must be in the company’s name and the order receipient must be the person that made the order.

Receipt of the order in the physical store
If you have chosen to pick up your order from the store, you must have already paid for your order during Order Checkout from our online store. You will be notified by email or telephone when your order is ready to be picked up from our headquarters at 65 Dimokratias Ave., Melissia, 15127.
